There’s a Sasquatch-inspired Operator skin in Warzone 2, as well as a variety of skins based on soccer players. The Call of Duty: Warzone 2 soccer player skins were introduced to capitalize on the buzz surrounding the World Cup, giving players the chance to add Lionel Messi, Neymar da Silva Santos Junior, and Paul Pogba to their roster of playable Operators if they had the COD Points to spare. As usual, these Operator bundles include more than just skins, giving players weapon blueprints and unique finishing moves.

The Messi Operator bundle in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 costs 2400 COD Points and includes Messi, two weapon blueprints, a tank skin, The Flea 10 charm, the Battle Messi sticker, and the Target Acquired emblem. It also comes with a finishing move called No Firearms Needed where Messi nails their opponent with a vicious spinning roundhouse kick before killing them with a pro wrestling-style superkick.
TikTok user yorkshiremystic_ uploaded a clip of Messi’s finishing move in Call of Duty: Warzone 2, showing the superkick in action. In the pro wrestling world, the superkick was most famously used by legendary WWE wrestler Shawn Michaels, who called it Sweet Chin Music and utilized it as his own finishing move. Recent years have seen the superkick become more of a routine move as opposed to a finisher, often seen in matches featuring tag teams like The Usos in WWE and The Young Bucks in AEW.
Perhaps Call of Duty: Warzone 2 could have an official crossover with WWE at some point down the road. WWE’s WrestleMania 39 is scheduled to take place this coming April in California, and the company will definitely be pulling out all the stops to promote the big show. Just as soccer players were added to Call of Duty: Warzone 2 to coincide with the World Cup, perhaps pro wrestlers could be added to the popular battle royale game during WrestleMania season.
While it remains to be seen if any WWE wrestlers pop up in Call of Duty: Warzone 2, fans should be able to count on more crossovers for the game down the line. The original Warzone featured the likes of Ghostface from the Scream franchise, John McClane from Die Hard, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and a variety of other crossover skins, so there’s no reason to think the new game will be any different.
