Call of Duty: Warzone has been a massive success for Activision, who continues to add new features to keep players engaged. The Caldera map was that was released last December was a welcome addition and quickly became a fan favorite. It’s an island in the Pacific that has mysteries hidden all over it, such as a secret cave hidden behind a waterfall and hidden bunkers that tempt players to descend and find items.

YouTuber and Reddit user BizarreBandit shared a great trick that they’ve learned to mess with Call of Duty: Warzone players in what they’re called the “New Bunker Meta.” After starting up a match they wait for an enemy to enter a bunker and lay their trap, jumping right into a nearby Utility Truck and driving it right over the entrance. “If they have a Gas Can, they can easily get out” said BizarreBandit, but they did not. The stuck player struggled for a long time before they were able to destroy the truck and get out, but climbing out only made them an easy target for BizarreBandit.

Fans will see if this method catches on, but its popularity on Reddit should encourage people to think twice before descending into a bunker, which don’t tend to feature the best loot either way. Season 2 of Warzone has offered up some really innovative new items, such as the PDS (Portable Decontamination System) that allows players to stay alive while inside the storm and attempt new tactics. Players will undoubtedly continue to figure out new ways to utilize these new tools in order to surprise their foes.

Along with this, Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is in the works. This direct sequel will skip the PS4 and Xbox One and focus on the next-gen experience, ensuring it will be able to take advantage of all the latest tech. It will be released alongside the latest Call of Duty game, which is rumored to be a remake of Modern Warfare 2. Even with all of this Call of Duty on the way, expect Raven Software to continue to support Warzone as long as there’s a player base.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
