Call of Duty: Warzone players have been finding glitches throughout the game that can give them a serious upper hand or can have wacky effects on the gameplay. However, fans have found an exploit that breaks the early game for the players that know about it. Here is how players take advantage of this exploit.

A Reddit user by the name of Aviationist started a round with three plates of armor and $800 to their name before they dropped into Verdansk. Being able to start the game off with money and armor gives players a huge advantage over players that start the game as intended as a clean slate.

According to this Reddit user, players can get loot before the match starts during the pre-game chaos. If players can find areas where loot typically spawns and collect items as they load into the game at the end of the countdown, they can take them over to the real game when the round begins. Players can only take armor and money with them into the real match, and any weapons or ammunition players collect during the pre-game will not be carried over to the actual game. Developers at Infinity Ward haven’t said anything about this exploit by the time of this writing.

This exploit changes the early game dramatically, so fans of Call of Duty: Warzone can assume that Infinity Ward will put an end to this loophole. This breaks the early game for players who know about this exploit, and players who are playing the game as intended are at a serious disadvantage. Since this bug has now been brought to the public’s attention, players can likely expect the game’s developers to do something about this in a new patch, possibly something they can add into the Season 4 update.

Call of Duty: Warzone is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
