Reddit user musclesharkk pointed out that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players can see the Tavorsk District map from Krovnik Farmland. Tavorsk District is one of the two Ground War maps that the game launched with, and some may find it interesting that the maps are apparently right next to each other in the game’s universe. However, other users on Reddit have presented a theory that this isn’t just a fun easter egg for fans....

As of right now, 13 new operators have been found in the game’s files, including Farah from Modern Warfare’s short but sweet campaign and what appears to be Simon “Ghost” Riley, of Modern Warfare 2 fame. Farah is a no-brainer addition to the operator roster. She plays a major role throughout the campaign, and likely won’t take too much work to port to multiplayer versus some of the other characters being added....

The unveiling of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s multiplayer universe will come on August 1. A specific time wasn’t provided, but Infinity Ward promises that fans can expect a “comprehensive, epic, and suitably bombastic” reveal with a deep look at gameplay. Coming as part of a free update to all Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered players on December 13, six classic maps are making their way into the game. These new battlegrounds include Bloc, Countdown, Pipeline, Showdown, Strike, and Wet Work. Players that have purchased the Talon bundle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare have noticed that his dog is now named Indiana. No reason was given for why the dog’s name was changed; maybe the developers simply think Indiana is a better name for a dog than Sasquatch. Infinity Ward has released a new update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that attempts to fix Shipment spawns. In the Modern Warfare update patch notes, Infinity Ward explained that it implemented “spawn tuning to reduce the frequency of instant deaths and spawn traps. It’s been announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players on PS4 will have access to an exclusive game mode for an entire year. Spec Ops Survival, which will presumably be similar to Modern Warfare 3’s version of the mode and will essentially be like Horde, will only be available in the PS4 version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare until next October. That means Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players on PC and Xbox One are simply out of luck until then....

The thank-you starts with an attention-grabbing event to start Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard Season 2. Starting February 18 at 10:00 AM PT, players will be able to capitalize on a Max Double XP Weekend. The “Max” means that XP across all forms of progression will be doubled for the duration of the event. That includes Regular XP, Weapon XP, Operator XP, Battle Pass XP, and Vanguard’s Clan XP....

The leaked information comes from reliable insider Tom Henderson, who reports that Call of Duty: Vanguard will have a massive 20 maps available at launch - with a catch. Setting aside the catch for a moment, Call of Duty: Vanguard is set to feature 16 maps designed for 6v6 multiplayer. That alone is twice the number of 6v6 maps that launched for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and significantly more than what most Call of Duty games deliver....

Infinity War announced the Modern Warfare alpha at Gamescom. It began a few days later on August 22nd and runs until August 25th on PS4. The alpha has given players the opportunity to get in the game and try out the multiplayer gunplay before the launch in October. Developers use these alpha versions to stress-test the network and to get some fan feedback on early gameplay while they still have the opportunity to make adjustments....

The 2019 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Shipment map is once again very small, but the game tends to spawn players in front of enemies constantly.
