Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has three main game modes to offer players - Campaign, Multiplayer, and Spec Ops. The campaign is easily the highlight of the experience, with players joining fan favorite characters like Captain Price and new faces like Farah Karim in a variety of missions that are chock full of the franchise’s signature set-pieces, shocking moments, and satisfying gunplay. The Call of Duty series tends to feature globe-trotting plots that make it difficult for the developers to keep all of the characters together....

The brief clip obscures the identity of the shooter, and it just so happens that there are multiple Call of Duty villains who have shot people while they’re down in a manner similar to what’s seen in the clip. Fans have guessed that the shooter is Zakhaev, Makarov, or Al Asad, though there are some that believe the teased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare villain is actually Lieutenant General Shepherd....

However, it does seem that most of the game’s worst bugs and glitches have been fixed thanks to the launch day update, with this latest one only adding a couple of things - the big one being that one of the game’s main modes, Ground War, where two teams of 32 players battle it out, can now be played on the Quarry map with full-size teams. The studio has also fixed a certain issue players were having with the HC Cyber Attack mode, where some players found themselves unable to revive....

Call of Duty: Warzone is in the midst of a new meta taking shape, with the previous one recently coming to an end via some much needed nerfs. The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 6 Battle Pass was scheduled to end on November 23rd, but has been extended until December 7th, which is notably two days before Season 1 starts in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Season 1 in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will integrate with Warzone so it is expected that more content will be added to Modern Warfare as well....

One fan visited a city called Saint Petersburg, which many fans believe inspired St. Pretrograd’s map, and took several photos. The new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare update adds regular Gunfight back to the mix, along with Gunfight 3v3 - Knives Only, which replaces the snipers only variant that has been in the game for the past couple of weeks. These maps call back to classic Call of Duty design concepts. Each one holds its own world of secrets, tactics, and routes just waiting to be discovered by dedicated fans. Players can expect these maps added to the game with Season 5’s official launch on August 5.
